Questions people ask first.
Is this a booking?
No. The builder makes a plan and an estimate. Sending it creates an enquiry with a reference. A booking exists only once you accept a written quote that names your hotels, vehicle and terms.
Are the prices real?
They are planning estimates built from example rates, so you can compare routes honestly. Your quote replaces them with contracted rates for your dates, including any seasonal supplements.
Can I change a ready-made journey?
Everything. Open one in the builder, then add or remove places, change the nights, the hotel level, the meals and the experiences. The estimate updates as you go.
How accurate are the distances and drive times?
Distances are real road distances from OpenStreetMap routing. Drive times are typical figures scaled for Sri Lanka’s roads and vary with traffic and weather. We check every leg before quoting.
What about children?
Add them in the builder with their ages. Experiences and meals are estimated at a reduced rate; each hotel’s own child policy is applied in your quote.
